VS Dating, developed by Vako Darchia, explicitly prohibits all Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) material and activity.

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for any content, behavior, or activity that involves, depicts, or facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation in any form.

VS Dating is strictly for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at multiland231@gmail.com.

Any violation of our child safety standards results in immediate account termination and mandatory reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate law enforcement authorities.

VS Dating offers tiers including:

  • Basic (Free): Core matching and discovery with usage limits where described in the app
  • Premium (VS King / VS Queen): Enhanced limits and features as shown in-app (for example unlimited psychological portrait access for eligible subscribers, reduced ads where applicable, and other premium benefits)

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play (monthly or as offered) and can be managed in your platform account settings.

Mobile in-app subscriptions (VS King / VS Queen): Purchases are completed through the Apple App Store or Google Play billing. Apple or Google process payment details; we receive subscription status and related identifiers through RevenueCat, which helps us verify entitlements on our servers. We do not store your full payment card number for those purchases.

Other payments: Where we offer payment flows through additional processors (for example Stripe for certain web or future flows), those processors handle payment data under their own terms.
