Thank you for subscribing to VS Dating Premium, a service provided by Vako Darchia. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for premium subscription purchases made through Paddle, our authorized payment processor.
Subscription Management
Premium subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your Paddle Customer Portal. When you cancel a subscription:
- Your premium benefits will continue until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- No automatic refund is processed for the remainder of the current billing period
Eligible Refund Scenarios
We may issue refunds in the following situations:
- Accidental Purchases: If you accidentally purchased a premium subscription and request a refund within 48 hours of the purchase
- Service Unavailability: If our service experiences significant downtime that prevents you from using premium features (refund will be prorated based on the duration of the outage)
- Technical Issues: If technical problems on our end prevent you from accessing premium features despite reasonable troubleshooting efforts
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our customer support team via the Help & Support section in your profile
- Provide details about your purchase and the reason for your refund request
- Include any relevant screenshots or information to support your request
All approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase within 5-7 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following situations:
- Cancellation requests made after the 48-hour window following an initial purchase
- Dissatisfaction with the features or user experience that doesn't involve technical malfunctions
- Changes in personal circumstances or usage patterns
- Violations of our Terms of Service
