- Your User Content does not contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful, or otherwise objectionable
4. Subscription and Payments
VS Dating offers both free and paid subscription options. By subscribing to a premium plan, you agree to the following:
- You authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the subscription fees
- Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled by you
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support
- No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods unless required by law
- We may change subscription fees upon notice, and the changes will apply to subsequent billing cycles
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store complete payment information on our servers.
5. Child Safety Standards - Zero Tolerance for CSAE
VS Dating, developed by Vako Darchia, explicitly prohibits all Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) material and activity.
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for any content, behavior, or activity that involves, depicts, or facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation in any form.
This prohibition includes but is not limited to:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any imagery, video, or content depicting minors in sexual or sexually suggestive situations
- Grooming Behavior: Any attempt to establish relationships with minors for sexual purposes
- Sexual Solicitation of Minors: Any communication aimed at soliciting sexual content from or arranging sexual encounters with minors
- Content Sexualizing Minors: Any content that sexualizes, objectifies, or exploits children
- Trafficking or Exploitation: Any activity that facilitates or promotes child trafficking or exploitation
Immediate Action: Any violation of this prohibition results in immediate account termination, content preservation for law enforcement, and mandatory reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate authorities.
Age Restriction: VS Dating is strictly for users 18 years of age and older. Minors are prohibited from creating accounts or using the Service.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Create multiple accounts or create an account on behalf of someone else
- Solicit money from other users
- Spam or send unsolicited advertisements
- Post illegal or unauthorized content
- Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service
- Attempt to access areas of the Service not intended for users
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our consent
- Violate any laws or regulations
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.
You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in the account settings. Upon termination, your profile will be removed from the platform, but certain information may be retained as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will be secure or available at any particular time or location
- Any defects or errors will be corrected
- The content is accurate, reliable, or current
- The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall VS Dating, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, that result from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VS Dating is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
